Terms of Service

VidMuse

Last updated: May 1, 2026

By downloading, accessing, or using the VidMuse mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

In these Terms, “VidMuse”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the VidMuse app and its backend services. “You” means the person using the Service.

2. The Service

VidMuse provides tools for personal, entertainment-oriented music creation, including but not limited to:

Features may change over time. Some capabilities depend on third-party APIs, cloud processing, and your device capabilities.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must comply with the Apple App Store requirements and any minimum age rules that apply in your region. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your device and Apple ID used with the app.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Free tiers or promotional generations (for example a 2-generation welcome bonus) may be offered with limits; we may change or discontinue them at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

You are responsible for inputs you provide (prompts, lyrics, URLs, recordings, scene choices) and for outputs you choose to publish or share. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, including misuse of voice cloning.

6. AI-generated content and third-party services

The Service uses artificial intelligence and specialized third-party providers for music generation, lyrics creation, voice processing, custom voice model training, and AI video generation. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not unique.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or specific quality of AI outputs.

7. Intellectual property

8. Copyright and complaints

If you believe content in or through the Service infringes your rights, contact us with:

We may remove or disable material when appropriate.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. It is available in the app and at the URL we publish for VidMuse (see in-app settings or website). Using the Service means you acknowledge that policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum required by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify VidMuse and its affiliates, officers, and agents against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and canceling subscriptions through Apple.

Sections that by nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) will survive termination.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide notice as required by law or platform rules (for example, in-app notice). Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.

15. Governing law

Unless mandatory consumer laws in your country say otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we designate for VidMuse, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except where you have non-waivable rights as a consumer.
